HKICS Annual Corporate Regulatory Update (ACRU)

AVISTA Group was pleased to attend and sponsor the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) Annual Corporate and Regulatory Update (ACRU) 2019.

The ACRU is an annual signature governance conference of HKICS, which gather business professionals to learn of the latest corporate and regulatory developments directly from speakers from the regulatory bodies in Hong Kong.

This year, the conference attracted more than 1,900 participants and invited regulators from HKEX, SFC and CR etc. to provide updates on disclosures and enforcement issues over listed issuers, expectations on the aspects of Corporate Governance (CG) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting as well as company centric law and anti-money laundering developments.

We believe that keeping abreast of the update of corporate governance regulations and authorities’ guidance is essential for us to provide our clients with professional and timely advisory services.
