Congratulations to XXF Group Holdings Limited (2473.HK) on its successful listing on the Mainboard of HKSE on 9 November 2023

XXF Group Holdings Limited (“XXF”) is an established automobile retailer providing automobile finance lease service primarily through their self-operated sales outlets in the PRC. The company’s principal businesses comprise: (i) automobile retail and finance, where they sell non-luxury automobiles mostly on direct finance lease; and (ii) automobile-related businesses, where they primarily offer automobile operating lease service and other automobile-related services.

With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honored to be engaged in providing the valuation service in relation to the preferred shares, asset impairment tests, equity investment, and etc.

Congratulations again to XXF Group Holdings Limited (2473.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is HKD 1.10 per share, and the amount of funds raised is HKD113 million.
