AVISTA Group Supports Youth Development as Employer Partner of Seeding Culture’s GCE Internship Scheme

AVISTA Group is proud to serve as an employer partner of Seeding Culture’s GCE Internship Scheme, an initiative dedicated to supporting youth development in music, arts, sports, and holistic growth. The program also promotes cross-cultural understanding and global perspectives among young talents. The Hong Kong sharing session was officiated by Mr. Woo Kin Man, MH, JP, Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs. Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, along with representatives from Hong Kong’s eight public universities and other partner employers, was invited to attend this meaningful event. The session provided a valuable platform for interns to reconnect and reflect on their internship experiences in Mainland China.

At AVISTA Group, we are committed to our corporate social responsibility and the cultivation of young talent. Through participation in various exchange programs, we offer opportunities for youth to gain workplace exposure and broaden their professional horizons, helping them grow into future leaders with international perspectives and professional skills.

Looking ahead, AVISTA Group will continue to support youth development initiatives and contribute to fostering greater collaboration and exchange between young people in Hong Kong and Mainland China, nurturing more outstanding talent for the future.
