NIP Group Inc.(“ NIP”) is an all-rounded E-Sports companies founded in China. The company mainly engages in the operation of the China-based E-Sports team eStar and the Sweden-based E-Sports team Ninjas in Pyjamas, which participate world-class tournaments in China and overseas. The company also engages in the provision of E-Sports tournaments operation and streaming business in China.
