AVISTA Group Partners with Seeding’s Young Talent Global Career Exploration (“GCE”) Internship Scheme for the Fourth Consecutive Year

AVISTA Group’s Shanghai and Beijing offices welcomed a group of outstanding university students from Hong Kong under Seeding’s Young Talent Global Career Exploration (“GCE”) Internship Scheme, including students from The University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Hong Kong Metropolitan University. With the successful conclusion of Seeding’s Young Talent GCE Internship Scheme closing ceremony in Shanghai last Friday, this year’s internship programme also came to a successful close.

At the closing ceremony, Mr. Vincent Pang, Managing Partner of AVISTA Group, attended as a corporate representative and delivered a speech on stage. In his remarks, he reflected on the collaboration between AVISTA and Seeding’s Young Talent GCE since 2023. This year marks the fourth year of partnership between the two parties. To date, nearly 20 Hong Kong students have joined AVISTA’s Shanghai and Beijing offices, where they have gained in-depth exposure to project work in the valuation department, learned alongside experienced valuation professionals, connected theoretical knowledge with practical application, and developed a genuine understanding of the full scope of valuation work and industry trends.

In his speech, Vincent noted that, as a professional consulting firm rooted in Hong Kong and deeply engaged in mainland China, AVISTA has always regarded the promotion of talent exchange between the two places as an important part of its ESG strategy. He said, “Nothing is more convincing than giving Hong Kong students the opportunity to visit, observe and experience mainland China first-hand. Through this platform, we hope to build a bridge between Hong Kong and the mainland.”

Looking ahead, AVISTA Group will continue to work hand in hand with Seeding’s Young Talent GCE to provide more young people from Hong Kong with practical opportunities in mainland China, helping them broaden their career horizons and achieve personal growth, while injecting fresh vitality into the sustainable development of the industry.
