AVISTA Group Supports the “CEO接班人” Summer Internship Programme 2026 and Shares Insights at the Fireside Chat

We were honoured that our Managing Partner, Mr Vincent Pang, was invited to join the fireside chat at the “CEO接班人” Summer Internship Programme 2026 Sharing Session last week. The event brought together aspiring young talent, employers and industry leaders to exchange insights on career development, leadership and opportunities in the Greater Bay Area.

As a supporting employer of the Youth Professionals Alliance (YPA) “CEO接班人” Summer Mainland Internship Programme 2026, AVISTA Group proudly participated in the programme and supported the “遊學深圳” summer internship initiative held during July and August 2026. During the fireside chat, Mr Pang shared his perspectives on entrepreneurship, the key challenges involved in developing and growing a business, and the factors AVISTA considers when recruiting new graduates.
