Lukfook is a distinguished jewelry retailer with a significant market presence, specializing in the sourcing, designing, wholesaling, trademark licensing, and retailing of various gold, platinum, and gem-set jewelry products.
 
AVISTA Group is proud to provide technical support services for reviewing Lukfook's environmental goals, including energy consumption intensity and greenhouse gas emissions intensity across their operations and production activities, in connection with the application of this sustainability-linked loan.

Before founding AVISTA, Vincent served as an Associate Director of PwC and was in charge of the valuation division in Beijing. He has advised numerous large M&amp;A deals in both China and overseas for multinational corporations and Chinese state-owned enterprises. He also has extensive experiences in providing valuation services for US and HK IPO listing.
Vincent is the Vice Chairman of Business Valuation Committee and the Executive Council Member of The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA), Reviewer of HKICPA Best Corporate Governance and ESG Awards, Head Juror of Institute of ESG and Benchmark (iESGB) Achievement Awards, and the member of Financial Reporting Valuation Advisory Panel of HKICPA.

Sabrina has over 9 years of substantial experience in sustainability, climate and risk management advisory for Hong Kong listed companies, IPO applicants and asset managers, with a focus on ESG disclosure and compliance, ESG strategy and impact enhancement, sustainability governance, ESG and climate risk management, sustainable investment, decarbonization roadmap and ESG assurance.
Sabrina has been a reviewer for the Best Corporate Governance and ESG Awards (the “Award”) organized by the HKICPA since 2020, reviewing the ESG reports of listed companies. From 2023 onwards, she has also served as an organizing committee member of the Award, providing her professional ESG knowledge and insights to the judging criteria and process.
Her industry exposure includes healthcare and pharmaceutical, TMT, property, green and renewable energy, e-commerce, environmental solutions, manufacturing, RFID, luxury goods &amp; retail, financial services, hospitality, F&amp;B, apparel &amp; textile, logistics etc. across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia and other Asia Pacific regions.

Derek has over 9 years of experience in audit assurance, spanning diverse industries including aesthetic service provision, manufacturing and trading. Before joining AVISTA, Derek had also worked in PwC HK with a client portfolio of US IPO, US listed entities and Japanese MNCs, and was engaged in the IPO process of an electronic component manufacturing group in Hong Kong as a financial controller.

As a Guest Speaker and Sponsor at the 2024 China ESG Summit - Consumer Goods Industry in Shanghai

AVISTA Group is honored to have been invited by Hong Kong Seeding's Culture Youth Exchange Centre (“Seeding’s Culture”) to participate in the Project Summary and Corporate Gratitude Ceremony of Young Talent GCE Internship Scheme. The ceremony was successfully held on 29 August 2024 at the Beijing Democratic Party People's Group Building. This year marks the second year of collaboration between AVISTA and Seeding's Culture. We are privileged to offer valuable internship opportunities to students from universities in Hong Kong.
 
In the past two months, the Shanghai and Beijing offices of AVISTA Group welcomed a group of enthusiastic interns from prestigious institutions such as the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. During the one-month internship, the students not only participated in financial analysis projects like corporate valuation and M&amp;A transaction analysis but also gained a deep understanding and practical experience in the field of corporate advisors.
 
AVISTA Group believes that by combining education and practical experience, we can enhance the professional skills of young individuals.
