Congratulations to J&T Global Express Limited (1519.HK) on its successful listing on the Mainboard of HKSE on 27 October 2023.

J&T Global Express Limited (“J&T”) is a global logistics service provider with the leading express delivery business in Southeast Asia. J&T became the number one express delivery operator in Southeast Asia, with a 22.5% market share in 2022 by parcel volume. J&T tapped into the express delivery market in China in 2020, and handled 12,025.6 million domestic parcels in 2022, achieving a market share of 10.9% by parcel volume. To better capture cross-border logistics opportunities and enhance the connectivity among the countries they serve, J&T have expanded our cross-border logistics services, which include small parcels, freight forwarding and warehousing solutions.

With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to Preferred Shares, Equity Incentives, Financial Assets, Purchase Price Allocation, Minority Shareholders’ Equity, Goodwill Impairment Test and Long-term asset Impairment Test.

Congratulations again to J&T Global Express Limited (1519.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is HKD12.00 per share, and the amount of funds raised is HKD3.919 billion.
