As a project sponsor of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) Institute Case Competition 2024

AVISTA Group was delighted to be invited by Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) to serve as the project sponsor of Institute Case Competition 2024. Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, and Principal of Risk Management Advisory Services, Ms. Sabrina Lam, were honored to coach the participants of the case competition.

This year, the theme of the case competition is a sustainability research project. The topic of the initial round of the competition, "Advancing the net-zero journey: Carbon asset and carbon trading opportunities," was set by AVISTA Group. Mr. Pang and Ms. Lam have chosen one group of the best performers among five to advance to the semi-final round. All groups demonstrated strong analytical skills and delivered outstanding performances in the initial round. During the award presentation ceremony yesterday, Mr. Pang presented the award to Group Future Picasso, the semi-finalist selected by AVISTA Group. We extend our thanks to all the groups for their efforts and offer congratulations to all the semi-finalists and finalists.
