Congratulations to Fire Rock Holdings Limited (Stock code: 1909.HK) on its Transfer of listing from GEM to the Main Board of HKEx on 27 June 2019. AVISTA has been honored to be engaged by the company in providing various services in the past few years, including independent internal control review service for its IPO on GEM in 2016, annual risk management and internal control review service as well as Environmental, Social and Governance Report advisory service.

Congratulations to Zhibao Technology Inc. (ZBAO.US) on its successful listing on NASDAQ on 2 April 2024.
 
Zhibao Technology Inc. (“Zhibao”) is the pioneer and market leader in the 2B2C embedded digital insurance solutions market in China. Zhibao has developed 40+ innovative and customized insurance solutions covering a wide range of industries. Zhibao's proprietary, PaaS-based digital insurance brokerage platform is the first in the 2B2C digital insurance brokerage sector in China, which empowers our business to expand and scale up rapidly.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to equity value, restricted stock and employee share option.
 
Congratulations again to Zhibao Technology Inc. (ZBAO.US) on its successful listing. The issue price is USD 4 per share, and the amount of funds raised is USD 6 million.

AVISTA Group was delighted to be invited by Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) to serve as the project sponsor of Institute Case Competition 2024. Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, and Principal of Risk Management Advisory Services, Ms. Sabrina Lam, were honored to coach the participants of the case competition.
 
This year, the theme of the case competition is a sustainability research project. The topic of the initial round of the competition, "Advancing the net-zero journey: Carbon asset and carbon trading opportunities," was set by AVISTA Group. Mr. Pang and Ms. Lam have chosen one group of the best performers among five to advance to the semi-final round. All groups demonstrated strong analytical skills and delivered outstanding performances in the initial round. During the award presentation ceremony yesterday, Mr. Pang presented the award to Group Future Picasso, the semi-finalist selected by AVISTA Group. We extend our thanks to all the groups for their efforts and offer congratulations to all the semi-finalists and finalists.

The forum, titled "Driving Growth with Market Integrity and Sound Governance," has invited the Mr. Paul Chan Mo-po GBS, MH, JP, the Financial Secretary of the HKSAR Government, to deliver the opening speech. The forum aims to explore the current status and future trends of the Hong Kong capital markets. It addresses various solutions to challenges such as currency fluctuations and geopolitical issues. This will enable Hong Kong to respond to challenges and seize opportunities in the ever-evolving global market.
