As the Speaker of the RICS Webinar “How to Perform and Manage Overseas Property Valuation?”

Our Managing Director, Mr. Vincent Pang was pleased to be invited by the RICS to speak on the topic of “How to Perform and Manage Overseas Property Valuation?”

Vincent introduced an overview of Hong Kong IPO market and highlighted the upward trend of international IPOs and the regulatory requirements on and standards for property valuation in Hong Kong, including HKEX Listing Rules and RICS Red Book.

He also illustrated key considerations for valuers when working with different stakeholders in projects involving overseas properties with case studies regarding the legal opinions requirements when performing property valuation in both developed and developing countries and shared his extensive experience on the management of the process of overseas property valuation.
