ESG Reporting

Our Managing Director, Mr. Vincent Pang and Director of Risk Advisory Services, Mr. Ricky Ho were pleased to be invited by the HKICPA to be the guest speakers of the seminar titled “Risk Management and Crisis Management”.
 
Ricky gave an overview of types of crisis and shared the trending risks and crisis. He also discussed case studies from several international enterprises to illustrate the approaches to achieve effective crisis management.
 
Vincent introduced Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) as an essential element to efficient crisis management, shared approaches to manage ESG-related risks and crisis as well as the key principles of handling crisis.

With decade-long operational experience and coupled with our industry insight and an ability to leverage the capability of technology GL-Carlink Technology have developed industry-specific products and services for industry participants along the automotive aftermarket industry value chain such as 4S stores to improve their marketing and operational efficiencies.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to financial assets for financial reporting purpose and valuation service on total equity value for internal reference.
 
Congratulations again to GL-Carlink Technology Holding Limited (2531.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is HKD 4.70 per share and the amount of funds raised is HKD 230 million.

With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to financial instruments, financial assets, purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment test.

(“Rimag”) , a prominent medical group in China specializing in medical imaging, is the sole operator and manager of a comprehensive medical imaging platform offering diverse services and value across the entire industry chain in China. Rimag mainly compete in the PRC third-party medical imaging center market, a fast-growing segment whose market size grew at a CAGR of 29.0% from 2018 to 2023 and is expected to grow with a CAGR of 33.5% from 2023 to 2026, far exceeding that of 12.9% and 14.3% of the PRC medical imaging service market during the same periods, respectively.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to preferred shares, employee stock plan, M&amp;A transactions, financial assets, goodwill and asset impairment tests and expected credit losses.
