Our Managing Director, Mr. Vincent Pang and Assistant Manager (ESG Advisory Services), Ms. Karin Chiu were honored to be invited by the HKICPA to speak on the topic of “Overview of ESG Reporting and Greenhous Gas Accounting/ Carbon Trading”. Mr. Pang shared his insights on the update, future trend and practical tips of ESG Reporting respectively and also illustrated the strategies to enhance corporate value through ESG reporting. Ms. Chiu shared her professional knowledge on greenhouse gas accounting and carbon pricing and further exemplified the practice through case studies.

With decade-long operational experience and coupled with our industry insight and an ability to leverage the capability of technology GL-Carlink Technology have developed industry-specific products and services for industry participants along the automotive aftermarket industry value chain such as 4S stores to improve their marketing and operational efficiencies.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to financial assets for financial reporting purpose and valuation service on total equity value for internal reference.
 
Congratulations again to GL-Carlink Technology Holding Limited (2531.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is HKD 4.70 per share and the amount of funds raised is HKD 230 million.

Rimag mainly compete in the PRC third-party medical imaging center market, a fast-growing segment whose market size grew at a CAGR of 29.0% from 2018 to 2023 and is expected to grow with a CAGR of 33.5% from 2023 to 2026, far exceeding that of 12.9% and 14.3% of the PRC medical imaging service market during the same periods, respectively.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to preferred shares, employee stock plan, M&amp;A transactions, financial assets, goodwill and asset impairment tests and expected credit losses.
