As the Guest Speaker of HKICPA “Workshops for Listing on HKEx: Common Value Issues for Listing”

Our Managing Director Mr. Vincent Pang was pleased to be once again invited by the HKICPA to be the guest speaker of “Workshops for Listing on HKEx: Common Value Issues for Listing”. The workshop attracted professionals from various industries and received a full-house registration.

Based on his extensive hands-on experience and professional knowledge on initial public offering (IPO), Vincent shared common valuation issues in relation to listing on HKEx, including property valuation for IPO preparation and for merger and acquisition as well as financial valuation for IPO preparation and business valuation for internal reference, financial reporting and disclosure purposes.
