AVISTA Shanghai and Beijing offices has recently welcomed batches of new joiners. We held several orientation training and team building activities respectively to help the new staff to settle in more quickly and facilitate team bonding. The staff were divided into small groups to participate and compete in a series of exciting physical challenges, including indoor kart racing, indoor baseball, running game and dodgeball. After the healthy competitions, the staff from both offices enjoyed a scrumptious dinner to conclude the fun day.
