This Dragon Boat Festival, our Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen offices came together in a four-city celebration centred on cultural heritage, sustainability, and people-first care. By weaving ESG principles into traditional festivities, each city brought its own sense of ritual and meaning—reflecting both local character and our shared values.

🏮 Hong Kong | Festive Giving with Purpose
The Hong Kong team stood out with a heartfelt initiative. Instead of commercial gift boxes, we selected handcrafted rice dumplings from “Time To Gold”, an award-winning local social enterprise. Through structured training and community workshops, Time To Gold empowers senior women, supports inclusive employment, and preserves Hong Kong’s traditional pastry culture—turning a festive gift into meaningful social impact.

🌿 Shanghai | Handmade Traditions, Low-Carbon Creativity
Colleagues enjoyed a hands-on DIY session, creating traditional-inspired crafts and sharing rice dumplings in a relaxed, immersive celebration of cultural beauty.

🎯 Beijing | Joyful Games, Shared Moments
A nostalgic festival fair brought teams together through classic games, laughter, and the warmth of shared traditions.

⭐ Shenzhen | Creative Rice Dumpling, Living Heritage
Employees reimagined zongzi-making with creativity and innovation, experiencing the charm of intangible cultural heritage firsthand.
Across cities, different celebrations shared one purpose: honouring tradition, practising ESG values, and caring for our people—together.
