We are honored to share that our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, and our ESG and Property Valuation teams were invited to contribute as one of the authors to the newly released publication ESG and Real Estate: International Practical Guide for the Real Estate and Investment Cycle (2nd, updated and expanded edition) available in both English and German.

Mr. Pang and our ESG and Property Valuation teams shared insights through the chapter titled “Advancing a holistic ESG real estate ecosystem in Mainland China and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”, which explores the rapidly evolving ESG landscape of the real estate sector across Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR.
