Our Hong Kong office welcomed ten students and their professors from the master course of Real Estate Economics and Management of the HAWK University of Applied Science and Art in Germany to enjoy a wonderful breakfast sharing session last week.
 
Our Managing Director, Mr. Vincent Pang and Director of Fixed-Asset Valuation Advisory services, Mr. Oswald Au, spoke on the topics including, Hong Kong’s real estate market and land system, the unique characteristics of Hong Kong’s property market, the housing policy and strategy implemented by the HKSAR government, as well as the development of the Greater Bay Area and the role of Hong Kong in it.
 
Vincent also shared his experience in founding AVISTA Group and the challenges and success factors as an entrepreneur in Hong Kong.
