Beijing Saimo Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology company in the PRC focusing on intelligent connected vehicle (“ICV”) simulation testing technologies, and primarily engaged in the design and R&amp;D of ICV simulation testing products and the provision of related testing, validation and evaluation solutions. ICVs refer to a new generation of vehicles that are equipped with advanced on-board sensors, controllers, actuators and other devices, and integrating advanced communication and network technologies.
 
 With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honored to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to financial asset and financial instrument.
 
Congratulations again to Beijing Saimo Technology Co., Ltd. (2571.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is C12.99  per share, and the amount of funds raised is HKD 358.6 million.

 As a Participating Company in Heep Yunn School Work Experience Placement Programme 2025

Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, was pleased to be invited by the Career Development and Corporate Engagement Office of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) to co-host a seminar – “Landing a Job in HK” on 9 January. Mr Pang presented a session with the topic of “Charting Your Path to Success: Starting a Career in Business Valuation and ESG Advisory” and shard insights into the valuation and ESG advisory industry to the classroom.
Leveraging our industry experience and expertise, Mr Pang introduced the prospect and offered comprehensive in-house knowledge with advice to the students to prepare themselves as an all-around corporate advisor. In addition, Vincent also shared his journey of being founder of AVISTA Group, tips of becoming a professional business valuation analyst, ESG consultant in AVISTA, our career opportunities and support to these future leaders.
