The software is cloud-based, allowing users to access it from various devices at any time over the internet, without the need for software installation and maintenance on their devices. These cloud-based software covers critical use cases in the research and development and commercialization of innovative drugs and medical devices. In addition to software, Taimei also provide a range of digital services, primarily assisting customers with independent reading of medical images, achieving efficient site management organization resource distribution and execution, offering pharmacovigilance services and other services to support customers’ the research and development and commercialization activities.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to employee stock plan, M&amp;A and financing transactions.
 
Congratulations again to Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co.,Ltd. (2576.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is HKD 13.00 per share, and the amount of funds raised is HKD 259.5 million.

Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang, had the honor of being invited as a guest speaker by the Beijing Appraisal Society for the 2024 International Top Talent Asset Valuation Training Program. The training, held successfully from September 21st to 27th, 2024, in Suzhou, featured Mr Pang delivering two impactful speeches.
 
The first lecture, titled "Cross-border Valuation – Project Management and Coordination + An Introduction to ESG Related Services," shed light on the complexities of asset valuation, emphasizing the significance of project management and coordination. Mr Pang also introduced the audience to the growing importance of ESG factors in valuation, showcasing the evolving landscape of sustainable and responsible investing.
 
In his second lecture, "Consideration of ESG Factors in Valuation," Vincent delved deeper into the integration of ESG factors into the valuation process. He provided valuable insights on how ESG considerations can influence asset valuation, stressing the importance of incorporating sustainability and ethical practices into financial decision-making.
