This year, we collaborated with the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of The Chinese University of Hong Kong to award “AVISTA Scholarship” to one undergraduate student and one master student from the faculty, who show their enthusiasm and significant potential in the area of real estate as well as competency in demonstrating own insightful ideas.
 
As an experienced advisor of fixed asset valuation, we are glad that we could help encourage local students to explore their interests and deepen their knowledge in the area both academically and professionally.

GL-Carlink Technology is dedicated to supporting our customers in the automotive aftermarket industry to better connect with their customers through our sales of in-vehicle hardware products and SaaS marketing and management services, which formed part of our SaaS value-added services. With decade-long operational experience and coupled with our industry insight and an ability to leverage the capability of technology GL-Carlink Technology have developed industry-specific products and services for industry participants along the automotive aftermarket industry value chain such as 4S stores to improve their marketing and operational efficiencies.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to financial assets for financial reporting purpose and valuation service on total equity value for internal reference.
 
Congratulations again to GL-Carlink Technology Holding Limited (2531.HK) on its successful listing. The issue price is HKD 4.70 per share and the amount of funds raised is HKD 230 million.

With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to financial instruments, financial assets, purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment test.

Rimag mainly compete in the PRC third-party medical imaging center market, a fast-growing segment whose market size grew at a CAGR of 29.0% from 2018 to 2023 and is expected to grow with a CAGR of 33.5% from 2023 to 2026, far exceeding that of 12.9% and 14.3% of the PRC medical imaging service market during the same periods, respectively.
 
With regard to this listing application, AVISTA Group is honoured to be engaged in providing valuation services in relation to preferred shares, employee stock plan, M&amp;A transactions, financial assets, goodwill and asset impairment tests and expected credit losses.
