After careful consideration of the epidemic situation and the well-being of our staff, AVISTA PRC staff training program and team building activities were postponed till recently.
 
Two staff from the Beijing office were welcomed to our Shanghai office for a 2-week exchange program and attended regular case sharing and our self-developed IT tools training alongside our Shanghai staff.
 
The team building activities were held in the spacious area of a country park in Shanghai and Beijing respectively. Our Beijing staff had a relaxing picnic while our Shanghai staff enjoyed a delicious barbecue, yet keeping a safe social distance.
 
We hope that the activities could help our staff to stay connected with each other, stay informed about market trends and stay motivated even in times of uncertainty.
