AVISTA considers our staff as a valuable asset and we understand their thirst for knowledge. We have been organizing training program for our Beijing office, where Shanghai office-based senior or above level analysts provide technical training, case sharing and on-site mentoring to recently graduated Beijing office-based analysts on a regular basis.
The program has received positive feedback from both mentors and mentees for helping the new joiners to gain a deeper understanding of workflow and promoting communications between the two offices.
After the recent training session, a team building activity was held at a sauna spa to reward our staff and deepen their connection through chitchatting and card games.
In the future, we are going to design various training programs in order to encourage knowledge exchange and sharing within our firm and to align with our goal to develop into a learning organization.
