As a speaker of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) Business Valuation Programme

Our Managing Partner, Mr. Vincent Pang was pleased to be invited as a speaker by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) for its webinar titled “Valuation of Financial Instrument and Biological Assets”. This webinar was part of the HKICPA's business valuation programme which aims to provide participants with a basic understanding of valuation, and insights into the valuation of various assets, including an understanding of valuation techniques commonly used for transaction purposes and fair value measurement requirements for financial reporting purposes. 

 

Mr. Pang delivered a comprehensive presentation on the valuation of financial instruments including employee share options, convertible bonds and preferred shares and valuation of biological assets. Mr. Pang provided valuable insights and practical examples to fellow professionals, enhancing their understanding of these complex valuation techniques.
