As Guest Speaker at CUHK Business School Undergraduate Lecture

Our Managing Director, Mr. Vincent Pang, was pleased to be invited by The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School to give a guest lecture, titled “Integrating Corporate Valuation, Risk Management & ESG into Corporate Venturing Strategy”, in an undergraduate business course to over 100 students online on 24 March 2022.

Leveraged his deep expertise and insights in areas of corporate valuation, risk management and ESG advisory, Vincent explored the essence and mutually reinforcing relationship of these service areas, and, by approaching the practical aspect, elaborated on how to integrate them when formulating corporate strategy in achieving growth ambitions.

Vincent also touched on the indispensable role played by digital innovation in today’s business advisory service, which has been deemed traditional; and last but not least, shared his inspiring journey on leading a fast-growing company and becoming a trustful corporate partner.
